Absolute Cabs

Worst taxi company ever used. Booked for 1pm to go to work. Kept getting told they'd be here any minuet then the driver said they were lost. They asked me to walk to a different street so the driver could find me finally half an hour later they arrived car smelt horrible and was dirty and has scratch mark from i assume pets. driver said it was a rented car and doesn't have sat nav and that it's a manual so it's harder to use. That's just what you want to hear when your trusting someone to drive you somewhere and thethe driver asked me to direct him where to go. The driving was very rough and fast making sharp movements and he ran a red light probably thinking I wasn't watching . Will not be using this company again!

Not had any problems with absolute until today, didn't turn up, they said it did, but I assure you it didn't, as I was stood at my door for half hour with it being late! Had to cancel my appointment! I'm guessing he was incapable of finding my flat, maybe new or not. Will still use in future as I think there the best about at minute, Mick's has gone down hill.cheers absolute x!

Was told there is a taxi immediately available after being stranded on the way to work. Paid via the pay link and then had to wait over 40 minutes for a taxi. Very disappointing service

Nice car/driver and accepted journey/turned up quickly the other day. Also nice of the driver to help me get my heavy case out of the boot.My issue, is I've tried to book them again since but they want to charge me double the amount other taxis charge for the same journey. So that's £80 for something that usually costs £40 it's a nope from me.

Used this company for several journeys, just over a month ago. First class service received. I was told how much the fare would be and also received a text to tell me the make and model and registration of the car collecting me. The cas arrived on time and the drivers were friendly and helped with my luggage. No complaints at all - first class.

Requested a taxi, asked to send a pay link" as the firm required advanced payment for anything they sent out

Excellent service. Clean cars and friendly, professional drivers. Always prioritise you if you are alone somewhere. I get them when visiting a family grave at the crematorium. They always get there in a few minutes.Leah always gets you a cab quickly. Very polite and professional. Good drivers, clean cars and very reasonably priced.

We booked a taxi from Leeds Bradford Airport for 6 adults with 6 cases (obviously hand luggage too) they sent a silver London style cab. As you can see from the photos it was a shambles. Having to pile 6 heavy suitcases on us all and left totally unsafe. Couldn't fasten seatbealts. No room to move whatsoever. The journey to Leeds Bradford was absolutely fine they sent a mini van and was plenty of room. The driver was rude when we questioned the size of the cab and even kept forceling the door shut on my step dad who was sat in front with a suitcase. Which then had to be put in back as the door wouldn't shut. So 6 large suitcases piled on top of 5 adults. Absolutely disgraceful will not return and will tell everyone to avoid at all costs

Filthy stinking car sent, to pick me up from Mount Pleasant hotel, a disgrace,I filled in their online feedback form, no feedback what-so-ever absolute cabs absolute disgrace, i could go on, but this firm of dirty bandits ain,t worth my time,
