Lauren is fantastic, I've had deep full body massages that have released so much built up tension from many years. Each different therapy I've had with Lauren has been a thoroughly relaxing, enjoyable and physically beneficial treat. I recommend hot stones! Lauren is very friendly and makes you feel fully at ease. A highly professional service. I look forward to trying the deluxe derma facial.

Lauren is amazing and always professional! She is amazing in all aspects of her work, making you feel comfortable and relaxed always. I have a massage from her every 2 months and feel like a new woman coming out. Highly recommend her to anyone! X

I would give 10 stars if I could. Lauren is absolutely amazing. I got a chemical skin peel and a hot stone massage. I suffer with acne and even after just 1 treatment my skin looks less inflamed. My back and shoulders were so tense and full of knots. Lauren worked her magic on me and now I feel so relaxed and less stiff. Throughout the whole treatment all I could think about was how amazing it felt. I cannot wait for my next one :)

I had a chemical peel at Lauren’s therapy but it was so much more than that, it was so relaxing and she did so many steps, she massaged my neck shoulders arms and applied many more things! That was my first session and my skin looked amazing! I can’t believe it! I highly recommend booking in for a treatment at Lauren Ceri's Therapies, you won't be disappointed!Lauren is professional, patient and highly skilled in her field, with many years of experience, so you're in safe hands.I'd been meaning to book in for a massage for over a year, but life has been busy so I kept putting it off....When I finally got round to booking in, it served as a reminder of the importance of scheduling in time for self-care.As a student who has spent most of this year writing my dissertation, I was well in need of a back massage, and I felt so much lighter afterwards, and my back was so much less achy! The hot stones were a nice touch.I also had a facial, and left with my skin feeling super refreshed and moisturised!The salon is in a great location, and very easy to find from the bus stop in Caernarfon. The atmosphere of the salon was serene and calming. I could have easily fallen asleep during my treatment!Thanks again Lauren for such a great experience.... I'll be back soon!

Had a wonderful 90 minute full body massage from Lauren. She has a beautiful nature, and I felt in very kind and caring hands. The massage was deeply relaxing, she seemed to know instinctively about the right pressure and movement. Felt a lovely glowing warmth for the rest of the day. I have had many massages over the years, but can honestly say that Lauren’s are one of the best.

I had the 90min aromatherapy massage with Lauren and it was utter bliss. She is lovely and I left feeling calm and completely relaxed. I would definitely recommend her.
