I was impressed with the polite, friendly and efficient office staff and the excellent standard of the service of my Dyson vacuum cleaner. The engineer arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and communicated clearly what he was doing. The work was very tidy and the vacuum cleaner has been given a new lease of life. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

I have used CS Dyson cleaning services 2 times now and have not been disappointed. This time my hover was cleaned and filter changed. It went from not working well to be like brand new. The lady on the phone to make the appointment was lovely and friendly and the man who came to clean it was professional and friendly. I needed a mini hover which I brought from him too and love it. Even though its reconditioned it works like new. Will definitely use the company again and recommend to friends and family.

This company provides a first class service. When you call you get a knowledgeable and helpful response from the office. The engineer arrived at the expected time, having called first. He was extremely competent and pleasant and showed us exactly what was causing the problem. He soon had our Dyson working properly again. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a Dyson that is not working properly or one that has been used a lot and would benefit from a general service and clean up.

The engineer arrived promptly after first calling with an approximate time of arrival. He was a very pleasant personable young man who obviously knew his Dysons. He set up his workstation on the kitchen floor after first placing a protective mat down and proceeded to clean my machine including the motorized heads.The only part that could not be serviced was the main motor which I thought odd as this is probably the part that is going to get the most wear. This could only be dealt with on a replacement only basis.My machine was showing an intermittent blocked filter light and this was eventually attributed to a defective sensor in the motor part which as I’ve said could not be repaired only replaced. As it was not causing any problems with the operation of the vacuum it was decided to leave it until a new motor was required. I did settle for a new filter as mine were 4 years old and I was informed should be replaced yearly.I was so pleased with the experience I signed up for a service plan.

If you keep putting off your Dyson being serviced like I did I highly recommend you book on. I feel like I have a new Dyson the suction has improved 100%. Thank You.

7 year old Dyson, been used and abused over numerous room refurbs. No loss of suction? Not much! One session with CSDYSON it sucks better than it ever did. Now like a workout hoovering the carpets. Thanks so much well worth it. The lads who came were really friendly and efficient.

Very easy to book an appointment. Engineer turned up on time, explained everything he was going to do, serviced the vac, replaced parts as needed and thoroughly cleaned it. Works like brand new now. Great service, great value, thanks

This is the first time I've used CS Dyson Servicing. Booking the service was straight forward, the staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.The engineer was professional and friendly. He explained the process clearly, showed us where parts had broken or become worn and talked through the cost to replace them with no pressure to buy them.Our Dyson vacuum is over 6 years old and had never been serviced before. The suction was unreliable and it became difficult to turn corners, getting stuck. The engineer did an excellent job - it's now powerful, turns properly and looks nearly new. The company exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend them.
