Only thing worth going for is the pool tables which are at a high demand. Serving time is slow despite the staff count and the drink choices are mediocre.About the same atmosphere as a funeral. Doesnt get too busy even on weekends.

Great spot for a night out. Good music, pool, cheap drinks and friendly staff. Caitlin behind the bar makes the best Strawberry Daiquiris!

Great for watching football or rugby. Very cheap pints and other good offers. The pub quiz machine is a longtime personal favourite. The outdoor section is great for catching the sun in the afternoon.

Good spot to drink with mates and someone comes around quickly to take drink orders. they have good deals when it comes to drinks. If you want to play pool I would recommend somewhere else, the cues arent the best and the tables are cramped especially with a full room.

friend put a can of fanta in the bin across the street and the bouncers didn’t let us in. complete sober, hadn’t drunk anything, literally just good (where we got the cab from). have had continuous problems with the bouncers here

A fresh looking bar sort of hidden behind hedges, can get very busy very quickly if you're planning on playing pool I suggest getting down early and sticking 50p down on a table because there isn't as many as the previous student union speakeasy. Pints of Carling and Carling Cider were £2 any nights I was in, not sure if this is the set price or just a promotion - Plenty of deals on similar to the previous union. Very small to cater for Queens Students plus friends and visitors. Bar staff top class good quick service with a smile.

Great place to watch sports! They don't serve food on the weekends, but will let you bring it in. Very fair price a and friendly staff.

I'm a common patreon of here, usually a good experience but I wanted to see a gig upstairs and the bouncer removed all of party due to one guy trying to bring a drink upstairs, although we were not told this was not allowed. A power hungry abusing his power. Not fair.
