Over an hour for chips to be delivered and after I called was told they will be there soon but 20 minutes isn’t soon and came cold so definitely wouldn’t recommend

Ordered food tonight from here, two meals one with a can of Dr pepper and one a fanta, food cake with the Dr pepper leaked inside bag. And a can of coke, I didn't order a coke I don't like full fat coke, so called up and explained the Dr pepper has a knife slice on can and has sent me a coke to be told that on there receipt it says coke well I explained I got my order on my fone and it clearly says Fanta, no idea who this lady was but in customer services was rubbish, the first lady I spoke to was lovely. Over a unopened can really??? Did it come out Ur bank account love don't think so, don't think I will order again, shocking update still didn't receive the replacement can... If I cud give zero stars I wud

There's so many bad food joints in Kirkby it's actually embarrassing, but to be fair, Sopranos genuinely does have nice food and they're consistent which is key.The staff and drivers are polite as well, so all around it's a sure bet for a good meal.

Pizza and garlic bread ordered via website to be delivered for 7pm.Pizza arrived around 5pm while I was still at work. Teenage son has a taken a slice of both and messaged to tell us food has arrived.Called asking why the pizza was not delivered at 7pm as requested and told that they don’t look at the time requests because the “system has not worked since day dot”.When asked for a replacement at 7pm, as I had previously ordered, not knowing the system does not work, I was refused.This was due to the food being touched.Have been a loyal customer for many years and am shocked that due to their system error, I am so how being penalised. Shocking service and will never order again.As a warning, never request anything in the chef notes or request a time, as staff state, they don’t check it, because it doesn’t work.

Burger came soaked in grease both buns was soggy and was even grease dripping threw the bag. And refused a refund when I rang back will never be ordering from here again wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Customer service is shocking aswel I’ve had a few problems with my food in the past with them and they always refuse to swap the food or refuse to give you a refund.

Av ordered the same meal all the time, but when the pizza came it wasn't the pizza I ordered, phoned up n the women was tryin 2 say I did order that topping, which I know I didn't as I know the kids won't eat it, which they didn't, plus the pizza was cold n slightly burnt

Do not understand, order a delivery to be delivered at 18.45, which was confirmed by txt message from Sopranos, and guess what, my order arrives at 17.10, wonderful, great. It was ordered for a specific time because I wasn't ready to eat when I ordered at 16.45. Up until now I had been pleased with them, now - I will NEVER order from them again. At this moment in time my pizza is in a warm oven, drying out because I am not ready to eat yet. Zero stars. Enough said.
