Adrienne Bagnall

Having attended numerous classes at Karmaspace yoga I can honestly say Adrienne is one of the best teachers I have had the fortune to come across. She is extremely knowledgeable in her practise and is always welcoming, putting you at ease straightaway. Every session leaves me feeling revitalised and feeling as though I know more about my body and it's ability. Great classes! Would definitely recommend to all that want to try yoga and indeed gain a real insight into the practise.
