We hired Chris for our wedding this year and honestly we could not be happier. The pictures he showed us previews of on the day were all amazing, and our sneak peek picture is just perfect. Chris talked us through every step before the day and kept checking on us on the day to make sure we were okay and everything was going well. As well as being an amazingly friendly person, his service is just flawless, every single person at our wedding commented on how amazing the photographer was! We cannot wait to see the rest of our pictures ! Cannot thank Chris enough.

How to even begin.... Chris photographed our wedding in August 2015 and perfectly captured every special detail of our day. Christ met with us a number of times before the big day and his whole professional approach made us feel completely confident we had made the correct choice in picking Chris Hickey Photography. I was so nervous on the day, as I don't really like getting my picture taken and Chris and his assistant Jen made me feel so at ease. Chris made all our guests feel comfortable and captured for us beautiful memories and moments which we would have missed. We have a beautiful wedding album that allows us to look back on our special day forever with such fondness and happiness. My husband and I can't recommend Chris Hickey Photography enough. Highly recommend this photographer. Beautiful and timeless family portraits, framed and delivered to my door. I shopped around and know that Chris is very competitive price wise and what I particularly valued was that he was very responsive to messages. Communication was excellent even in the busy holiday / wedding period that we used him (August). His manner and demeanour were lovely too, I can imagine him to be a very unobtrusive and calm presence at a wedding and I also found he didn’t mind one bit being kind of bossed around by someone with a clear vision in mind (me:-) Reccommend without hesitation.

Chris photographed our wedding in June 2012 and we were overwhelmed with the results. He was out going and friendly with all our guests (and us of course) and made everyone feel at ease but with clear instructions during the group shots, which can get quite hectic. Our portrait pictures on the day were perfect and all the finer details were captured to tell a story in our fabulous album which we will cherish always. Chris did the photography for our winter twilight wedding and the photos are amazing! For an evening wedding only, Chris did an awesome job of getting all the photos we needed in the smaller time frame, and using skill with the venue lighting due to the lack of daytime lighting. Our storybook album is stunning, and we are so grateful to have the most perfect lifetime momentum. Thank you Chris, for being such a top guy and a super professional photographer :)

Love our wedding photos so much. Professional and friendly service throughout the whole day. Would highly recommend Chris. Chris photographed our wedding in December 2017 at Sefton Park, Palm House. Before the wedding Chris met with us a number of times to go through things and to make sure he had all the details and everything was ready for the wedding. Nothing was any trouble and his friendly calm approach was great because we were calm and relaxed for all our photographs and so were the guests. Chris did an absolutely amazing job we love our wedding photographs because they are so relaxed and natural and have captured everything from our big day including all the small fine details. The wedding album we got is beautiful and amazing quality. We have had lots of complements of family and friends saying how beautiful and amazing our wedding photos are. We booked Chris for our wedding in October 2018. When we first met him at the Liverpool Wedding Show, we recognised him from when he was photographer for a friends wedding.When we approached Chris, he was very friendly, welcoming and remembered the wedding of our friends.Chris came to visit us to explain the services and packages he did.In the build up to the wedding, Chris was always happy to answer any questions we had and was always contactable. No question was too much for him.On the wedding day, Chris was fantastic. He captured exactly what we were after.The results of his work were absolutely fantastic! The pictures he took, he captured everything perfectly. We were after a lot of natural shots and he captured everything we asked for in the list we provided before the wedding.The album and photos he produced were amazing and we couldn't have asked for anybody more perfectly suited to our day.To top it off, recently we had some extra photos printed which were part of the package. Through no fault of his own, these photos didn't arrive first time. Chris promptly resent them again and with extra ones included.Thank you, Chris, for capturing our special day perfectly.

Chris did our wedding photography in 2011. He was very helpful, meetings before the wedding to speak about group photo's and any special requests. We still love looking at our photo book and dvd slideshow. He was very patient with the many group photo requests and helped make it run smoothly.
