RSPCA Isle Of Thanet Branch Birchington

Unfortunately I am having to give this shop a 1 star review.Every time I go in there, the prices are absurd!!! They are trying to charge London prices on everything in the shop baring in mind the shop is in Thanet.Everything even remotely valuable is priced up higher than what it would sell for on eBay!I bought almost £100 worth of stuff and asked if I could make an offer and the manger came out and absolutely refused any type of bartering (don’t barter = bad business people). Like someone else said the manager doesn’t deal well with people and came off as really stand off ish.Most of the time I don’t even bother going in this charity shop as it’s the most over priced on Birchington high street. It’s a shame because the place has potential but all the stock just sits there forever as the prices are all wrong.

Staff Very Friendly, However the manager is not pleasant at all.... Very Unfriendly horrible personality. Doesn't deal with people well at all. Felt like i was looking into a cannon.

It's my favourite charity shop. The windows always look so very well organised, items are carefully selected (by colour, by topic, by season). The ladies working in the shop are always friendly and helpful. The shop itself looks very tidy and so many times I found so many great items in it. A manager of the shop definitely has a good taste!I highly recommend this place. Moreover, unfortunate animals really need our help.

Very rude lady served me today, won't be buying or taking anything to them anymore!! Politeness costs nothing!!
