I rang for the first time for an appointment and the owner answered. She is the most arrogant and rude women i have ever come across and i have been in business for over a decade. She said she doesn't bother with new people as she has enough regular customers so she doesnt care if i complain. She does not deserve a business and she does not deserve customers. Horrible lady horrible service. She blocked my number. I never ever write reviews so this is my first time as she needs to come back down to Earth and treat people with respect. Just because she has money she can't talk to people like this. ABSOLUTELY shocking!!Your reply sums up your character. Fighting with the customer shame on you. How can i try your services if you were rude from the outset and claiming you don't need my custom because you have plenty of customers. Shame on you for replying in a rude manner still.

Brilliant. Made to feel welcome as soon i walked in. Gift was great, so pleasant and massage was amazing. Lower back pain free now. Will be back for sure
