OTW Imaging did a fantastic job designing and wrapping our work van. We have a unique and striking design that really makes our van stand out from the rest. Correspondence throughout, design and the service was all really great.

High quality commercial printer. They are based in Norwich but were fine to travel any distance and really took care to make sure my banner displays were well set up. Thanks a lot, would recommend. Will use again !

Spoke to a really friendly and professional guy called Ivan, I think he is the MD. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and most importantly our new retail shop signage was really good quality and looks fantastic. Would recommend!

We had several different signs done by OTW.Our issue was with the floor sign(which was as Ivan said is a specialist heated treated job) , - it started peeling at the edges within a few weeks as it was stuck down with a simple adhesive .We contacted Ivan, who said they would find a solution. Several weeks later there was still no solution and he agreed to refund us for that sign. It has now been several weeks since then and we are still waiting for our refund. I have emailed Ivan each week kindly asking him to process the refund and each week he says he will get it done.So while the initial service is good, we have found the aftercare service to be very disappointing. So please be aware based on our after care experience, if something unfortunately does go wrong, (one of our patients tripped over the faulty sign, but we attended to her injuries )You may find yourself spending weeks chasing the solution/refund.I'm hoping once they read this they actually go ahead and process our refund as its a matter of principal - if your product is faulty or incorrectly installed and a refund is agreed - surely it should be re paid promptly and the customer should not have to spend 4 weeks trying to chase it.Very disappointing - and at his own omission its been over six weeks.Amazing how a review on google can prompt a response within less than 12 hours!! shame OTW didn't take there customer service and promises, more importantly before this.We would like to add that since yesterday's post, Ivan has been in first thing this morning with the refund of £65.20 and some chocolates our invoice was for over £1200 + + ,, ( so his signs must be really cheap to refund a £65.20 inclusive of VAT!!)However, we didn't appreciate what felt like a threat that if we didn't take down the review things could get difficult.So as per your request we have tried to delete the above review but unfortunately we are unable to do so.

Great quality and turnaround at a good price for large format print and branding. Couple that with a great fitting team for signage and more.Discreet and professional trade supplier. Would highly recommend.
