Rhys has been nothing but super helpful when I’ve had issues with my car (purchased from another dealer). At Riverside they don’t treat customers as another number, they cater to each individual.Rhys has informed me of my car every step of the way and does not force sales on you!I trust him entirely with my car and appreciate the care and time he has taken to inspect my car and even look into issues that previously arose to ensure the work has been carried out correctly.

Salesman was Sam, brilliant service couldn’t have asked for more when buying a car, such a great deal when buying my Mercedes c class c250 amg black diesel. It’s a shame the engine warning light appeared after 2 months of owning it but I couldn’t thank Sam and Reece enough on getting the car repaired as soon as possible, not every car is perfect these things happen.5 stars and more very happy!

I test drove a vehicle Saturday just gone. Jamie was really helpful and there was absolutely no sale's pressure. The service I received was really friendly and professional. I put a deposit down and was informed when it would be ready. Due to unforseen circumstances over the weekend I regrettably was unable to proceed with the purchase. There was no quibble and without even asking I was given my deposit back. Once in a position to buy I will definitely be returning

So far so good, complete engine replacement and associated works to get our van up and running and back on the road after cam belt failure, MOT and service carried out as well, we were also kept informed of progress by the team throughout the week. Highly recommend, I recently bought an M135i from them and they got everything sorted on the car, had it MOT and serviced and then even delivered my car for me on a weekend! There was only one small issue with the car and I spoke with Simon on the phone and he immediately offered to cover the costs to get the issue sorted. Great experience overall.
