Baker Estates is THE only agent you should use for your sale or purchase!They shouldn't even be tagged 'estate agents' they are more your extended family when it comes to, in our case, selling our house.Kerrie is an absolute LEGEND and project managed the entire process for our house sale AND purchase, although technically she was only meant to help on the sale of our house. She kept everyone in the chain in the loop, which is unheard of. We swapped from another local estate agent due to 2 failed sales, to these guys because the service level we received was simply poor. We know things happen, people pull out etc, but what you need is someone who is pushing for you, keeping you updated and has your best interests at heart.We were able to contact Kerrie anytime, any day no issue or thought was turned away. What can I say, Kerrie and her team are absolutely fantastic, helped me sell my property and also purchasing my onward property.Yes, the BIG name estates agent might promise you that your property is worth more than you think and you could have 20-30 viewings but I can say that most of the time nothing comes from it. Those agencies also charge way more and what you thought you would be getting in terms of profit made from your sale, their fees, the brochure & photo costs, their recommended solicitor fees will take a HUGE chunk out of that.Kerrie and her team have been wonderful throughout, kept me updated on progress whether that's viewings, buyer offers, surveyors, it's like having a team of personal assistants but on steroids.Keeping things honest, clear and basically caring"
