Unload booking at 8 am arrived 07:45 and waited 5 hours to tip off.I drive all around europe and i have to say i don't see this very often.I was for the first and for sure the last time here !!!

You can arrive on time or 20 minutes late....regardless you will have a 2+ hour wait!The place is a absolute nightmare other drivers get a bay before you also (even though you have clearly arrived before them)And they cant even say there short staffed it's obvious half of them don't do anything! Shame a senior member of management doesn't spend the day down there to see whats really going on in goods in!!

Little 18 tonne rigid sat on a bay for over 2 hours. Had a booking time of 11am been sat outside their yard for over an hour and inside over an hour before even getting on the bay all this for 1 pallet with very few boxes. Avoid this place at all cost

People on unloading bay are really arogant have no clue how to talk to people make u wait nearly a hour to be unloaded even if you only have 1 pallet on jome of a business if you ask me

No issues. Been here several times staff always seem friendly if you friendly to them not had a issue. Yes wait can be a while but never majorly long waiting

Slow get there on time and have to wait for a bay. Then when one becomes free another hgv goes on even when I was there first.
