Saw Tracey on recommendation of Podiatrist friend after i had an immobilising injury at lambing time. It was an excrutiating ligamental injury, and after just 1 visit, she had me mended. Tracey has helped with back pain on two occasions, identifying the cause and resolving the issue and may I add painlessly. I was crippling into her treatment room but by the end could walk completely normally with zero discomfort. Courteous and professional, highly recommended.

Very good treatment in a pleasant environment

Visited Tracey due to ongoing lower back issues. Tracey was very knowledgeable and able to identify muscles and joints to focus on to help free off my back issues. She offered advice on stretching and muscle building exercises to help prevent future issues. Further to my initial treatment, Tracey has been able to assit with post exercise treatments after some long distance running. I would and have recommended Tracey to a friend.

Tracey has helped me many times with injuries sustained from running, climbing and other sports! Without her, my calves and shins definitely wouldn't have coped with my half marathons a few years ago. She then helped me greatly to rehab a sprained ankle by taping it up when I needed and showing me some exercises to help strengthen it again. Recently, she helped me with a damaged finger that I was at the end of my tether with after struggling to get the help I needed from the doctors. She listened to everything I had to say and took it on board. With just one session, she identified that the white finger i had been experiencing was due to a trapped nerve and gave me exercises to help with this. The problem is now gone. She also gave me exercises to help strengthen my finger again and told me how to help get rid of the scar tissue. I am now back to climbing 3 times a week with a finger as strong as ever!Would highly recommend Tracey to anyone!

Tracey has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in this field and it shows.
