Just lovely really. There was confusion but he went to great lengths to clear it up. All totally my fault. This always was and still is a very reliable place to go

I oftern wear out the crutch in my suite trousers. The guys at Archers were able to sort them out and have them a new lease of life. Would defiantly recommend there services especially the alterations.Service is great and the people are really friendly.

Archers is excellent. They always have excellent quality and service, and the staff are so great. If you need something done quickly, they can do it. They also go above and beyond. One time, I was dropping off some nice Zimmerman shorts for dry cleaning and he pointed out a thread coming undone in the bottom and offered to fix it concurrently, which I greatly appreciated! I had noticed a loose thread when wearing them, but hadn’t realised how much it needed fixing until he pointed it out as I dropped them off. So glad he noticed, and fixed it perfectly! The customer service is unparalleled as well: One time, there was a bit of a mistake with hemming a pair of my trousers shorter than planned but he instantly apologised and took responsibility, refunded the trousers for me and hemmed them to shorts instead to make them still usable for me. I highly rate Archers because of this - having excellent customer service that quickly and completely fixes any issues is worth so much! I have brought many more trousers there since to be hemmed and all have turned out perfect, so I very much value and trust that Archers will do excellent work or won’t hesitate to make it right on the off chance that something goes awry, as can happen in life sometimes. In sum, I highly recommend!!

Fantastic and friendly service at Archers, Zac and his team are such a pleasure to deal with and take special care too…Nothing is too much trouble. Recently Zac proactively removed stains from my white silk shirt with no charge, he did such an amazing job and he repaired buttons .. their service quality is truly impeccable and so is the end result .. especially for delicate items.They go above and beyond. The best Dry Cleaning service available in all of the SE London and Kent area, they have an amazing Express Service and do Alterations and Repairs. A brilliant service.

Not the cheapest dry cleaner but you get what you pay for. Same day service always available if you need it and they always take great care of your clothes. They clearly have pride in what they do. Definitely recommend!

I am so delighted to have come across this dry cleaners, I have a wonderful MaxMara coat that got too big for me when I lost weight,Came into Archer Express by chance and was greeted by a really friendly lady who said she was able to help. Having taken my measurements I left my coat in her capable hands. Five days later I collected my coat and I couldn't believe my eyes, coat fits like a glove!Since then I have used their services for all our dry cleaning and sewing repairs.I am delighted to find this quality of service on my high street!.

I love this business and the people who work there. They are always pleasant/warm, professional and great at what they do. They are absolutely INCREDIBLE for alterations. I have had them put a new zipper on a Rapha cycle rain jacket which was done, nicely and cost effectively. Additionally, they have been patching my jeans. My lovely wife is an interior designer and so she has great fabrics but the team that does the patching are so professional. They always do it the correct way with jean fabric backing the patch and then they take it one step further and have fun with it by cutting out bits and pieces. Here are a few of my jeans to give you an idea...I couldn't recommend them highly enough. It's one thing to get the job done but to do the job the way they would want it done is what sets them apart. The only comparable cleaner/alterations team that went out of business a few years ago was on lower Sloan St called Tosca and Daughters. I had been adrift since then but now I have found a harbor. Well-done!
