Jon and Jonathan were both very helpful in helping us choosing our fireplace and have made the whole process from picking the right one to having it installed very easy. We did have to call the installers back out but this wasn’t something they did but was corrected free of charge and very quickly at our convenience. Can’t recommend them enough, great costumer service.

I have recently purchased a Stockton5 electric fire. The man I spoke to in the showroom was very friendly and willing to give advice without being at all pushy. Unfortunately I ordered the fire just before lockdown but I hadn't been forgotten and the fire was delivered and fitted as soon as service resumed. The prices were competitive too. I would definitely recommend Warm & Cosy.

The whole experience from walking into the shop to my fire being fitted was fantastic. I received expert advice and a good deal from John in the shop. He also recommended JNW Services to fit the fire who were excellent and wouldn't hesitate to pass the number on to all of my friends and family. Thank you so so pleased with my new fire.

We went to Warm and Cosy after a friend recommended them to us. We were not disappointed.We went to the show room to look round and meet Jonathan who explained about all the rangers and features, we decided on a modern style with a Media wall.The two men who came to fit the fire and build the Media wall were extremely professional, each step of the way they made sure we were happy with how it was coming together and left each day by tidying up, a plus in my wife's eyes.All in all very happy with the service and the product would recommend.

The service, quality ,technical support , professionalism from John and Jonathan Hazel from the outset , and their fitting service by John Whiteley Mark and Julian was impeccable. We are so pleased with the complete service and highly recommend them .
