I have just read your reply & I strongly disagree. I have since spoken to 4 different firms who have ALL been extrememly professional, spent max: 45 mins on calls with me understanding my issue, even via emails (which I have all proof off) and there no mention of any monies from any of them until I was officially their client. There are ways to conduct a business and email replies without being unprofessional. I have the email from your business and can post it, if this means proving myself. If the first point of any business is a receptionist or a PA then it's this first point of contact & how they conduct themselves that then reflects everyone else within the business. No need to be rude/unprofessional.
