I went to sunnys to get one of my nails redone as I had broken it a few days before. I told them to copy the rest of the nails on that one finger, the nail ended up being a completely different colour, shape and length to the rest of my set. I believe that it was the new employee that did my nails and understand he could do with some more experience but maybe he needs more training before serving costumers.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quality work at a good price. Lots of choice and expertise on offer. Clean, modern and covid measures in place. The guys looked after my Mum very well and we loved the results. Great job.

Total nightmare !! Very rude and confrontational my daughter asked for specific nails and they started to do it differently and when she said no that’s not what I wanted the manager flipped !! Such bad customer service we ended up walking out terrible !!!

Had gel polish applied Friday AM was very quick and left within 20 mins - looked good but by Monday nails started to chip. Returned next Sat morning and removed with electric file and reapplied - now 8 days later and chipped again - had to go to another salon - cost just under £50 to get rest of gel removed and builder gel applied as nails weak.
