Why do your chicken shish kebabs not come with peppers or onions, like it says on the menu? I ordered 2 chicken kebabs. One for the wife with salad (pictured) and one without salad but with garlic mayo cos I thought it won't be too bad, it's got peppers and onions on it. How wrong was I? Pitta bread and chicken pieces. No more, no less. Not even a little bit of stray salad. It looked so..........BEIGE on my plate. Not appetising at all.Tasted good (cant fault the taste at all) but was shockingly deficient in what I expected looks wise.

Made many orders over the years.Food is for the price, in-store service is good and delivery drivers service.I would say delivery is slow on times, but that's out of their hands depending how busy they are, and obviously depends how many drivers they have at that time.As long as the food comes hot I can't complain, which is does each time.

Ordered 2 x 1/2 cheese burgers with kebab meat, this was with another friends order, when arrived both burgers had no kebab meat at all, looking on receipt they charged us extra foe kebab meat but just got ripped off. This is the 3rd time we ordered food from them and they get it wrong everytime. The last kebab I had from there the meat was s hard and dried out it was crispy, called up to complain, and they redelivered only to be given exactly the same, I had to take it back together money back. Avoid this shop, there are much better ones around.

Visited Rowner Grill today and can’t lie, one of the best kebabs I’ve had. Everything ordered was provided in generous portions, warm just the way it should be and better yet, didn’t let up on the sauce as other places do - (big plus for me)Drove from Southampton to visit and don’t regret it one bit.The people working there are respectful and polite, makes it a pleasure to visit.Will definitely visit again!

I have been here a couple of times and always a go to when hungry at Gosport. Food always right and delicious, never had a problem for those couple times i have ordered. The kebab has perfect salad/meat ratio and texture of the meat is perfect. Beats all kebabs i have had in a long time

Used to be our go to kebab place however quality has definitely gone down recently. Paid £5 for an Oreo milkshake for it to taste disgusting like a knock off Oreo brand and watery. Chips tasted like the flavour of the paper it’s wrapped in and the pizza was soggy. The only positive was that the food arrived hot.

Ordered food with allergies, specifically requested no cheese on the burger. Food delivered, smoothered in cheese.Call up, get asked by staff on the phone if I'm sniffing cheese bud, and then hanging up when I told them this is not service, and should not be how customers are treated!Staff have no respect for customers, no respect for allergies, no apology, and then they expect me to come back and get my food. I've paid for it to be delivered, they have made the mistake.Take the food to the shop, they laugh, think it's funny, and refuse a refund. Sickening.Will be reported to food and hygiene standards on Monday AM, this is shocking service from an establishment which for years has been superb, but new staff don't seem to give a toss.I will not return.
