Very poor…….paid by cash……had to check that the £10 note was ok on their machine……so had a £5 note in my change and the cashier couldn’t understand that I wanted the note that she was giving me checked…….clueless.

Don’t buy the plants for your fish tank in this shop unless you want it to be infested with snails. Better stick with Aquajardin.Poor selection of small pets as well. Brought my son to have a look whether he wants gerbils or hamsters and they had none.

My partner and I adore fish and so have many tanks. Every time we pop into the store to purchase some aquatic pets, Tiff is always on hand.We have been coming to this Pets at Home regularly for almost a year now, and with each visit, Tiff is super helpful, answering our questions and advising us on the best species for each of our community tanks. We honestly stand there nattering about fish for almost half an hour with each visit, yet Tiff is always enthusiastic to help.We would 100% recommend this store, the staff go above and beyond.

Distribution warehouse is currently relocating which has caused severe stock problems. It should not do so if properly organised. Staff were very good and helpful.
