Screwfix Leeds - Seacroft

8/2/22 at 1823 I went into the shop to get some plumbing bits for the next day. I went up to the counter. There was two members of staff behind the counter, and there were two members of staff outside the smoking. There was only me and one more person in the shop I walked up to the counter. And it asked the stuff for my arms. They pointed behind me and says you need to put it into the computer. I said I have the code here put it onto my account. This is now you have to use the computer computer wanted eight digits are only had a code with six digits. I went back to the counter and said could someone help me and after that I decided to take my business across the road to Toolstation different class. I will not be using Screwfix if there’s any other way because lately that Shop has gone down hill. Staff cannot be bothered the prices have gone up it is pointless Toolstation all the way

If you can't be bothered walking up and down the d.i.y store,or if you're in a rush. Then just order on line at screwfix and pick it up at the front desk in store ten minutes later. Brilliant!..

I can feel me moving to toolstation, 2nd time in a row that a quick visit turns into ages while your systems don't work ,I walked out the other day for the same reason ,don't get same issue in toolstationStaff are great but you need to sort your systems

Their covid safety measures are very good, although they let people in without masks on.

Just spent over £500 in the sea Croft store. Many small items.I asked for a box. “Don’t do boxes” she said.Asked if I could use the bag to take it all to my car.”cant do that” she said.I asked for help “cant do that nobody available” she said.She unloaded all the small items and piled them up on the counter.Guess what they all spilled out on the the floor as she walked away.Not very helpful and the lady who served me was a proper Karen

Decent prices - good value, but the App is rubbish. I used to buy so much more by just browsing and thinking oh yeah need that too..." now its multiple trips... The search function is so specific

These guys are very nearly the cheapest for any items you need. Amazing range, no frills, just good service and availability. Pickup is easy, quick and staff are very good at finding an item you may need or advise on products. Highly recommended. Paying by paypal is a bit of a faff, use your debit card for a much easier checkout!

A truly positive retail experience, thank you Screwfix. The staff were speedy and helpful. The service was exemplary.There are covid secure measures in place. There is a marked out floor path. Health security screens are in use.I was in, explained what I wanted, served with it, and out again in less than five minutes. There are a few nearby parking spaces outside the unit.
