*edit* I had an issue with my machine and contacted parwled after going through a third party retailer. The retailer caused some issues and made the process slow and tedious but when I contacted parweld directly they couldn't do enough for me. Parweld offered to collect my machine the next day and fix the slight issue, they even threw in some great freebies for me too! Absolutely brilliant customer service, any issues contact them directly. polite and knowledgeable staff who actually know about welding and their machines.
