Proper top lad was on my way past with 130 miles left to go when all of a sudden I got a fault with my towing electrics . So close to closing time most garages wouldn't help but this fella couldn't of been more helpful. People needs more people like this lado

Booked 2018 Golf in for an MOT, oil service and repairing broken door lock 24/03/22,, delivered car at 9.00 as requested, telephoned three hours later to be told they had just started and the bonnet catch mechanism was broken (certainly not broken when I last used it) which would cost £180. Had to agree to pay. Collected car, decided to renew front tyres and rear brake pads which were 'on the limit' so booked in for 5/04/22. They also insisted that there was nothing wrong with the non-functioning door lock and that I might have a faulty key fob. After picking up the car on 5/04/22, we set off for Birmingham, when fault light on dashboard advised loss of tyre pressure. Investigation showed incorrect tyre pressures in new tyres and one wheel trim bracket so badly bent that the trim was sticking out, but I managed to bend back the bracket and re-attach spring. After inflating the tyres I re-set the onboard computer for the new and correct tyre pressures, all simple but essential jobs which should have been done by the garage. Two days later the bonnet catch handle fell off and would not re-attach because it was badly damaged. Fiddling with it opened the bonnet which then would not lock. It was then late Friday evening so on Saturday morning I limped back to the garage with the bonnet half open, hoping it might possibly be open as they do apparently open by appointment, but they were closed and after spending £580 which claimed to include a new 'bonnet clip', and as I badly needed the car the following week, I decided to just take the hit and limp on to the Cotswolds Garage at Little Compton, where a busy and professional bunch quickly diagnosed the problems, managed to lock the bonnet and ordered the new door lock solenoid and bonnet opening lever while I waited, booking me in for 12/04/22 when the work was all satisfactorily done.Need I say more?

On holiday at CAMC site. Engine fault indicator light problem. Garage investigated using diagnostics kit and gave good advice. No immediate problem to work on. Really pleased with service received and no charge for diagnosis. Put myself at ease so able to return home with caravan without any worry. A good positive experience. Thanks again.

After nearly crashing my car due to my windscreen wipers breaking!!! Called to get new ones. Popped up the next day fitted and sorted with no fuss or bother. Excellent price and great service. Booked in for a slow puncture repair. Thank you so very much.

Terrible (had to give 1 star as it wouldn't let me continue with no stars!! - took car in for a valve to be fixed. While in garage, mechanic broke the manifold. They are refusing to replace this, even though we bought another manifold and took it to them, shouldn't have done this as they were ones who broke the manifold! Still refusing to put the manifold on, we just want the car driveable so that we can take it to another garage to sort but all they say is get someone to come and tow it away to be scrapped! Makes me wonder if they have broken other parts while there which they haven't told us about. They still have our car and they are still refusing to fix their mistake so this is an on going saga. Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone and would never use again
