I had a fantastic experience with Computer Renovation! After a previous repair shop failed to diagnose a non-booting PC, I took it to Computer Renovation, and they quickly identified a faulty GPU, helped me install a new one and confirmed that my motherboard and PSU were in good health, contrary to the previous diagnosis. Constantine and his team were very friendly and professional, and they resolved the problem within just two days for a very good price.

Great customer service! Constantine explains everything thoroughly if you have any questions. Already 4 times I purchased services from the Computer Renovation and never been disappointed. Last one was really difficult but long story short, just as I lost hope I will never be able to fix my laptop, Constantine managed to find missing part. Thank you! :)

Computer Renovation has been a life safer. My external hard drive fell on the ground and it started ticking. Could not access the data, it looked like it was over. Constantine took over my case and did an incredible job, saving 99% of my data, years and years of work. He did this in 3 days and we were constantly on the phone with updates. The price was very low compared to what he managed to achieve, including transferring my data to a new drive. I could not recommend more Computer Renovation, and Constantine in particular. Just a side note, I was looking for their old office, but they moved to Pall Mall, in a basement. They could not have been more professional. Thank you again!

Constantine and the team did a fantastic job on my Lenovo. After being quoted over £1k by Lenovo to fix the issue, the guys managed to source the screen and fix it for a fraction of the cost. Would have no qualms in recommending the team and will use them going forward for any other IT issues

Constantine has been a big help throughout the whole process. From the very beginning (helping pick and replace parts) to the very end (assisting with set up of the PC itself). I’m very satisfied with the service provided. I can only recommend it. I brought a damaged hard drive that wasn’t turning on anymore. After identifying the problem free of charge, they not only managed to transfer all my data to a new drive, but they did it also for a fair price! During the process they were very responsive and kept me updated. The location is also very convenient, around the corner of Trafalgar Square. This shop is a small gem for everyone who has to deal with computers.
