Great service...... came out within a couple of hours of phoning the AA as my car was stuck in a ditch. Arrived in the meanest looking and sounding Ford Raptor....... hooked me up and dragged me out.

Provided recovery for Green Flag. Absolutely brilliant, arrived really quickly, so professional but more than anything else, great customer service by the engineer. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Called RAC tonight as my car had a blowout on the A82. I was informed by the man from RAC that due to the time they would recover my husband and 5 year old daughter and get the car sorted tomorrow morning when kwik fit opened. As they were in a lay by on a 70mph road it would be treated with urgency and someone would be with my husband within 45 minutes. Andrews garage called my husband and told them that they were to recover the car and not do anything about them stuck on the side of the road over 20 miles of back roads from home. When my husband told me this I had steam coming out my ears and called RAC back and have made a formal complaint, as my 5 year old child is involved I will not be letting this drop and will be going to the newspapers about this first thing tomorrow!!!absolute disgrace RAC pay this company to do the same job an RAC guy would do but don't actually do the job.This isn't the first time we have had issues with this company being brought in as a sub contractor to RAC. A complaint was made the last time and I dropped it, but not this time. This time they have crossed a line that there's no going back from!

Friendly, quick response and good service recovering my wife's car after it had two burst tyres on the A82. Picked her up first thing next morning, recovered the car to local tyre dealer and enabled her to get back on the road within hours.

Fantastic service! I the RAC called these guys out to tow me and my boyfriend home after pothole ruined my tyre and the spare that was in my boot was the wrong size (thanks to Arnold Clark) I cant remember the guys name who picked us up but he was lovely and got two very shattered people home safe. Really speedy and friendly staff. Office staff (sorry I didnt catch your name) very helpful and put me at ease when I broke down.Even gave me an alternative garage to try if I couldn’t get a garage to take my car in.The Recovery driver (sorry I didn’t catch your name too) was really friendly and put me at ease straight away! Let me sit in the cab of his truck to get a heat, which was much appreciated. Took me home when the 2 garages I tried couldn’t fit me in.Very slick at putting my car on to the truck and dropping it off at my house when there wasn’t much room.Highly recommended to any and everyone. Unable to remove a locking wheel nut due to the nut having been rounded by a different garage.Contacted our recovery agent who called out this garage.Billy attended and was very helpful, professional and with a little bit of teamwork and a good idea by Billy, the offending nut was removed, wheel changed.Can thoroughly recommend this garage and Billy.

Got myself in marsh like conditions and called these guys to help me out. Very quick service both in terms of arrival on scene and towing me out. I cannot rate them highly enough! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing recovery services.
