Using o2 switch for the first time rang today to reserve a phone answered quickly and very efficient, answered some additional questions I had in regard to trading in my current watch for a new phone case and cables. Looking forward to the switch up tomorrow thanks o2.

The staff are rude , obnoxious and very unhelpful . Specifically came to Worthing as the Bognor shop has closed down . Never coming here again . O2 you should retrain your staff in customer service

Went in there today to collect my phone,Was greeted by a very friendly staff member who blocked me a slot,Was texted to say I am next and was introduced to Emma.She was so informative, friendly , and worked wonders with my account and had a proper little tidy up for me.Such a nice bunch of staff,Thank you again for all your help.

I just made trip into town centre, paid parking and was told I needed to wait an hour and I would receive text when my appt time was ready. One hour later after putting more money in parking meter I went back into the shop only to be told it would be at least another 20 minutes!!!! Do you want new customers or not? Can you imagine goingI to Morrisons and they said that….they would have no custom at all! I went on-line when I got home to book appt for tomorrow and you cannot book an appt on-line have to go into shop. Not at all impressed, if it was clear on your website. I would have gone in yesterday in lunch hour to make an appointment for the next day. As it happens I have now gone on EE website and made an appointment for tomorrow. One lost customer clearly won’t make a difference to you. Shame as I was just about to rejoin 02 after a break of 7 years!!! I was with 02 17 years previously to that, so loyalty clearly not a big thing for 02

Just visited this O2 shop as my the eSim in my iPhone was not compatible for transfer during upgrade. First problem was that I had to make an appointment to speak with an advisor and yet there is no online facility for doing this online and they didn’t pick up the phone when I called. 2nd problem was they wouldn’t provide a new sim due to “data protection”. This wasn’t a problem when I changed SIM cards previously at another store. All I needed was an eSIM QR code pack. I am currently in Tescos using free wifi to write this review. I have ordered a replacement sim via the help section in the my O2 app. Staff very unhelpful in Worthing O2 store. Not a good front of house experience for what I consider to be an otherwise good network.

Completely useless and unhelpful. My Z4 Flip screen failed after 5 months. They were absolutely not interested. They we unhelpful in the shop to the point of being rude. If you have a choice don’t use O2 and definitely avoid the Worthing O2 Shop. EE are just down the road.

The shop was firstly late in opening , then I received the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The woman was rude and then accused me of being rude when she turned her back on me initially and was talking to the walk so I couldnt understand what she said. Her appearance was awful too , a few less piercings wouldn’t go a miss in a customer facing role , especially in the mouth. Perhaps she could then talk properly. I have consequently cancelled my contract , as I wouldn’t want to visit that store again with such staff working there. I suggest 02 take a look at vodaphone down the road for professional well mannered and well presented staff
