Nemesis Martial Arts and Fitness
I take my son here and Peter (sensei) works him hard and drives him to achieve the best he can. My son really struggled during the 50min warm up at first, now he feels a lot stronger and this has helped his punching, kicking and all round fitness. He now really looks forward to his Wednesday class. I’d recommend Nemesis to anyone who is thinking of sending their child to a martial arts school.

Nemesis Martial Arts and Fitness
My son joined last year with little to no confidence and poor self esteem. All of the senseis have encouraged, supported, taught and disciplined him and I can not thank them enough. They've continued to point him in the right direction and given him the confidence and belief in himself he so needed. His fitness levels have improved massively and he now enjoys being active and learning, whilst having fun in a really family focused environment.

My son joined a few weeks ago. The instructors care for the pupils and want the best for all. It is high demand but if you commit to it then you achieve. my son has gained strength in such a short space of time and looks forward to going back.

I have trained all over the south of England and in several places inside Reading. In my opinion this is by far the best club to go for. Family friendly but also great exercise and experience.

I have trained with Sensei Peter at Nemesis for over 10 years and have had the best time doing so. This club not only helps you become more confident but also teaches you how to respect others. Great work Sensei Peter and team…cant thank you enough

I would highly recommend joining this martial arts class. Sensei Pete is a brilliant trainer, and pushes you to your full potential. The club has a family vibe to. Great way to keep your fitness up as well as learning self defence

Nemesis Martial Arts and Fitness
Both myself and my son train here. Great classes with the help and support of other black belts. A brilliant way for children (and adults) to learn discipline. A great fitness regime whilst also learning self defence with the opportunity to progress towards competitions.
