Regency Law

One of the worst experience I have had, an unprofessional firm who have no idea what they are doing! Their colleagues Zoe and Bahar have no decency to call back and give updates. I have an ongoing matter since February 2022 which has still not been resolved, when I call them they never connect me with people who are dealing with the case, when I email them they don't even reply back. This firm is quick in taking money but do not do anything what you pay them for. I shall be speaking to Ombudsman to make sure I get paid back what I paid them and a serious action should be taken against this firm !

Excellent service from Seyher!Always calm, knowledgeable and ready to answer my “newbie” queries. I cannot verify the service from anyone else at Regency, but Seyher was the contact that held it all together from a client service perspective.Tenants have been evicted and I have my family home back again.Thank you Seyher and Regency Law!

This review is well overdue and I don’t know where to begin except by saying thank you to the team. My first two experiences as a landlord didn’t go down too well to say the least; I had no choice but to opt in a legal route. I found Regency Law after a desperate attempt to find a firm who specialises in tenant eviction as previously I had used two different incompetent solicitors.Regency Law have successfully assisted in two separate evictions and have been professional throughout my dealings with them.

Tried to contact this company in regards to tenant eviction. Spoke to someone called Ali in the first instance. Tried calling him several times and doesn’t return calls. The one time i did manage to get hold of him he was busy so said he couldn't talk but would call back. I wouldn't bother giving your business to this company, they are not responsive to new business enquiries so imagine if you have already paid them for services. AVOID AVOID AVOID!Update:Just had this reply on email, as you can see very professional.Dear Akesh,You are very arrogant and entitled.Since when were you our customer/client? You should not expect everything free in life.Why would you expect me to spend 30 minutes speaking to you answering all of your questions.I would not take any instructions from you, however you are most likely to go to another company which is part of Regency Law, so good luck.Kind RegardAli

Unfortunately had a series of miscommunications, which has resulted in my finding another firm.Adam did reach out and resolve things, so I have left on much better terms.Regency Law did what I paid them for (s8/s21 notices), and did it quickly.

Ali was absolutely incredible, he listen to me attentively, he advised me with extreme precision. He was very patient and dealt with all matters professionally. The staff , especially, Bahar are very polite, helpful and friendly. The price was pretty good too. Thank you so much . Definitely recommend!!

Regency Law ARE NOT REGULATED, please learn from my mistakes. The customer service is awful, they have very poor knowledge and give clients the wrong information. And to top it off they have staff that hang up the phone on you when they don’t like your line of questioning.Warning THEY ARE NOT REGULATED" so you can’t complain when they mess up your case.Terrible company

I cannot recommend Regency highly enough. In my experience, this is not just landlord specialists this is a very special collaboration between lawyers that genuinely care about their clients.I would like to recommend both Adam and Jenny for their amazing support over a prolonged period of time.They genuinely care, are empathetic, as well as being brilliant.I would not hesitate to recommend Regency to friends and family as and when legal assistance is required.Thank you both!

Our experience with them is that they dont know the exact details of each law and that they do not follow client instructions, employees at the lowest level in the company take decisions on whether the client instructions should be followed or not.Please look for another company with employees who are qualified and know the law in depth. A previous review says they are not regulated, This means they are not a solicitors firm. they are an evictions specialist company which means you are never talking to a solicitor ( despite the name - Regency law) , you are talking to someone who never passed an exam or never registered with any scheme so they can be held accountable for mistakes. Please learn from us.
