I have been to Stacey at Body Mechanics many times over the last few years, and many of my ladies football team also use her! She is amazing at what she does, no task is too big! I’ve even heard her called a miracle worker. Stacey is very professional, and in the current climate-very Covid aware procedure wise and practically. I went to Stacey with knee pain a couple of years back just before doing the London marathon.After a treatment of dry cupping and massage, Stacey supported the knee with kinesiology tape.This treatment made a great improvement, and reduced the pain and stress on my knee.Stacey is passionate about what she does, and very knowledgeable about sports massage, and I would happily recommend her to anyone.

Had an amazing sports massage with Stacey, she has also persuaded me to get a MRI which has led to me finding out about an ongoing issue in my knee. Highly recommend!!!
