The experience here was so AMAZING! The customer service is one of the principal things that really impressed me, but also the way they work! Everything clean, good vibes! They’re professionalism in this and I will recommend them to ANYONE.Thanks for the beautiful work and amazing place that you have, was terrific! I’m so in love with this people!

I had a pre-booked appointment, and so did the lady next to me. The salon was clearly busy with extra walk in customers. The therapist was in a hurry, the water not warm. After he had started my feet and told me them to soak them. He proceeded to move over to the lady next to me. Without cleaning anything. She was also not happy about sharing a pedicure. You’re paying a lot of money and this sort of service is dreadful. If they want to do that, maybe they should share the price of the pedicure between two people .I told him I was not happy, and he continued with my feet. The lady next to me had waited so long and eventually she got up and walked out. I would never go back because as people are insulting our intelligence and basically it doesn’t appear to be about service. It appears to be about money. I wonder if there is health and safety standards that they should follow and not think that they can switch between two people having a pedicure .I would equally never recommend them to anybody, despite all off the very good unverified reviews. My experience was nothing but shoddy.

The man who did my nails is super talented. My nails looked so good because of him, and it was worth the money. I will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had a pedicure and left very happy! Attention to detail was amazing. Did the whole nail work, foot work, scrub, massage and the attention to painting was great! Would definitely recommend as not many places do pedicures of such quality.

I used Hollywood nails a few days ago and it was fantastic! They squeezed me in last minute which was super nice of them. Lee did a fantastic job of my nails and was very attentive. The Viet coffee was also fantastic. Thank you guys!

The staffs are very friendly and the ambience is very relaxing with the feel of luxury services. It was my first time here and was giving the challenging design of the nails I would like to have. And I got exactly what I asked for. They took their time and not in a rush, attention to details and that's great satisfaction.

Had been waiting to book since they opened and managed to get in before Christmas for a lovely full set. Once back at work I needed them shortened, which was another simple change from them and a fresh colour, too keep them looking good. Nice clean salon and good selection of colours and designs. Glad they have an instagram for some inspiration. Staff have always been very friendly. Lucy, in particular, is a total delight. Enjoyed having a Vietnamese coffee while I waited. Would recommend. Look forward to my next visit.

The quality of the builder gel nails I've had from Luxury Nails has just been incredible. They pay so much attention to detail. I've never had such a smooth finish before and they last amazingly well. No catching or lifting after 3+ weeks. Would highly recommend them, they're brilliant.
