Stayed here last sun night me and few friends ..was amazing spot ..so clean ..and JJ meet us at the door ...and he was so nice and friendly ..beds were so comfortable and everything was bliss ..great location ..and they dont RIP u off ...highly recommend this place

Appart from the convenient location our appartment which was booked several monthw ago was looking at some huge garbagge bins which where located immediately out of our Windows. Also we couldnt sleep because of the smoke sensor which was beeping every now and then.

Over our 14-day tour of Ireland, Ship's Quay was one of our favorite hotels. We loved the location inside the city walls. The staff was super and the room was nice. We stopped by the bar when we arrived and talked with Ben the bartender. We had such a good time, we came back and had dinner in the bar. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic, central appartments, very modern clean and tidy, beds were unbelievably comfortable, staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!! Will definitely be back!!

My partner and 2 kids were put here by temp housing. Staff (Simon) has accused us on more than one occasion of consuming cannabis whilst our kids played at our feet. They have put multiple kids toys in the bins. They have complained when the kids played in the sun. They have off street parking, in which they only allow certain people to park here. Awful business and zero respect whilst living here. The furniture is appalling. I would find better quality mattresses and sofas at the local dump. Wouldn't recommend to the homeless if I'm honest.

Right in the centre of town. Glass of bubbly on arrival, a welcome letter in your room. Complimentary slippers and a bathrobe. I decided on bar food, but I have dined in their restaurant, always delicious. Staff are the most pleasant I have come across.

Stayed here at the weekend. All I can say is amazing. Apartments are beautiful, beds are comfy and its right in the centre of everything. Will definitely be back!

Lovely place..fantastic service very clean and a very modern beautifully furnished lovely apartments with excellent atomsphere right in the heart ♡ of this brilliant historic amazing city of Londonderry..,loved it..definitely highly recommend I 4 1 give it my thumbs up and 5☆☆☆☆☆zzzz Thanks all ;) ..JJ and all the staff.
