I had a question about a product on their website. Customer services tried really hard to find the answer, but couldn't. So they put me in touch with the MANUFACTURER and made sure I had all the product codes so I could find the information I was looking for. Ordered online, received helpful, clear updates by SMS and email and picked up the part in store this morning. Took less than 30 seconds from walking in the door to walking out with what I needed! That's how you do customer service!

Cant fault this team. Staff are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in customers getting the right thing. They understand when you don't, and are sensible about returns and exchanges. If I had a choice, I would get my stuff from them every time.

Great customer service. Bought soft garden broom but have to buy handle a head seperatly. Manager offered to break the 5 pack bundle of handles and sold me one. Agile company taking note of previous customer feedback. Excellent.

Quick click and collect (only ordered screws, mind). Sensible approach to social distancing, clear signage. Staff spoke clearly so that they could be heard over ambient noise and 'through' perspex screening. Reasonably priced, plus option to round up for charitable causes
