Excellent customer service. When buying a new car recently I was changing from manual to automatic and from petrol to hybrid. The sales advisor ( Bradley) was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me lots of time and support. The company delivered a car from another site in order to get me the model and year I was looking for and gave me a fair price in part exchange for my existing car. No hesitation in recommending the dealership.

Buying your first car is not easy and I just bought my first car from Hendy Car store. I cannot thank them enough for that. The service I received from Hendy car store is just excellent. At the very beginning, when I showed interest in one of their car, they made contact really fast, one of their employee -Owen Boylan made the initial contact and remained with me throughout the process of car buying.Very supportive, friendly and cheerful person himself ,Owen explained everything to me really neat and to the point. Owen took me through few cars ,discussed their details, allowed me test drive, and all these helped me immensely in making my decision. Thank you Owen. Recently brought a new car from here. Service was exceptional. The first day we visited to have a look around we were welcomed by Owen and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We returned to purchase a car and had very good service from Matt & Marc. They kept us informed every step of the way and made part exchanging our old car very easy. Marc took us out for a test drive, he made us feel very comfortable and at ease. His customer service was top tier and even still now he’s been keeping in contact to make sure we are happy with our new car. He’s most definitely the best sales man I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a new car.

Had to get new car for disability reasons, Owen Boylan was tremendous from start to finish and found me the perfect car.
