Been meaning to try The Bothy for ages and finally did today - will definitely be back. We had an excellent lunch! The Bothy is a very nice venue, the staff lovely and the food served quickly and efficiently. The shop is excellent with some lovely fresh and frozen produce, and who doesn't love seeing the animals. New baby pigmy goats being born at the moment who are so very tiny and utterly adorable!

Bought the mince deal 2.5 kg for £17.45Along with a couple of roasts.Real beef ,Real mince ,superb quality and value.It took me back to my childhood, just like mum used to make.

Loved it. My dad and I visited this afternoon, we had great coffee and fudge donuts al fresco in the open barn. Easy parking, and very friendly, helpful staff. Looking forward to the Bothy opening soon.

First time visiting today and wasn’t impressed with the cafe, £2.30 for a can of juice and £13 for a buffalo burger that didn’t come with chips and tasted no different to a beef burger you can get much cheaper elsewhere. The waitress was nice but we waited for a long time to get our food considering the place wasn’t busy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We have purchased from the buffalo farm so whilst in Scotland for a holiday we decided to visit the shop. Good food in the bothy cafe, prices no worse than elsewhere. We had a tea and a cake (see photos) very tasty all the staff were friendly you can feed the goats food for them costs a £1 greedy little devils

Cuddles with baby goat custard was great fun. Fed the big goats with little bags (£1) from the shop. We had a burger, chips and ice-cream from the cafe which was lovely. Great day out with a 3 year old

We had our delivery of buffalo meat yesterday and tried the steaks today. Absolutely delicious, and we can’t wait to try more. The only reservation we have about making another order is the cost of delivery fee of £10.95. Unfortunately as we live in mid Wales we cannot just call in and so delivery is the only option.
