Terrible service and rude obnoxious staff.. Gambling machines are constantly having soft ware issues and staff having to constantly shut them down. Many aggressive swearing customers daily who threaten anyone who speaks up . Staff member says police want turn up for this behavior unless someone gets seriously injured..

Good and helpful staff, no uneserary delays in placing my bets.
