The hair stylists offer excellent professional advice and really listen to what you would like done. They don't rush the consultation and always do a strand test first. When it comes to your appointment, they are very accommodating and offer regular refreshments for long appointments. The stylists are friendly and keep a lovely conversation going. They also answer any questions you have and explain what they are doing and why as they do it. This is a place you can trust!

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I spoke with Emma about what I was wanting for my haircut and discussed length. I am unsure whether I said something confusing to her but I didn't feel enough was cut off and felt my hair looked no different to when I first arrived apart from the front being a little bit shorter. I know I mentioned that I did not want a cut level with my jaw line but I meant that I didn't want a bob that was cut to jaw length, so I am not sure if this caused some confusion. I know I probably should have said something at that time but I didn't want to feel like I was going to upset anyone. I have come home feeling dejected and feel I've over spent £43 for a small trim.

After my treatment she recommended some salon-grade products to further my daily look, and I must say, the products have definitely given me that voluminous look I wanted. I highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible results. First time visiting Andrew Price in Llanelli today. Background: I have been going to another hairdresser for years (who is fabulous!) but I stupidly put a brown semi-permanent colour on, at home, on my highlighted / bleached hair…this resulted in stained hair. Everywhere my blonde had been was now a mixture of grey, lilac, and pink (depending on which light you looked at it in), coupled with 4 months of root regrowth AND ginger tips from previous colours. To put it bluntly, my hair was a hot mess. I called the girls at Andrew price literally this morning, asking them if by any chance they had an appointment (they did!) and explained what I had done. They asked me to come in at 2.15pm, and said depending on what was needed (and the current state of my hair), they may or may not be able to do something today. Well….let me tell you! The girls were outstanding. They spend time talking through with me about my hair history, what I had done, and what I wanted to achieve. I never felt rushed. They explained to me that they could do a full head of highlights and possibly a special shampoo (aka, bleach bath), and then see how it goes. They made no promises as to the outcome, but assured me it would definitely be ‘better’. I was a bit worried, got to admit - having gone to the same hairdresser for about 6 years and now (in a panic) randomly going to another one for an emergency four correction. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting miracles and just thought to hell with it, it can’t possible be any worse than it is right now….The girls in total spent four HOURS on my hair, carefully placing highlights strategically and rubbing my hair at the end to get out remaining deposits of colour…when I tell you that at the end (they also did a cut and blow dry) that I was STUNNED by the result - not only did they fix my colour screwed hair, they literally gave me the hair colour of my dreams!!! (I personally am not a fan of obviously ‘bleached’ hair, each to their own but I don’t like the yellow / platinum blonde, I like a more natural looking blonde). My hair is pretty much perfect. (I should note here that beyond my stupid mistake, my hair is in good overall condition and I invest in high end hair care, the girls did mention that part of the reason my hair responded so well was because I do look after it). I have now found a new hairdresser accidentally, and I am beyond pleased. They also takes to me throughout (very friendly), and made sure I had cups of tea ❤️ THANK YOU ALL X

THINK TWICE - Booked a consultation for a full head of foils in early August. Took a strand test, put it in an envelope and told me they'd contact me if the strand test went wrong. They took an £80 deposit from me which is crazy. (The total cost of the service was £170). I come back on August 31st for my full head of foils. Staff were not aware of my strand test, which I had to remind them they did weeks ago. They open the envelope with my bleached hair in it and tell me 'sorry the service you desired isn't possible' despite holding my cash for well over 3 weeks and failing to tell me they weren't up for the job and that it wasnt possible. If anyone knows of a salon in Llanelli that's competent enough to do a full head of colour correction and bleach on someone who has box dyed their hair over a year ago please let me know as this salon wasn't able to give me a clear answer for three weeks, and just held my money anyway. Just disappointed to have spent so much time waiting for something and being misled, shocking service really - just tell me you can't from the get go and don't take my money.

Spent hundreds of pounds trying to repair my damaged hair emailed Andrew price several times, still one year later still badly damaged hair. Chemical burnt my hair over processed from stylist at Andrew price. Had two second opinions from 5 stars good salon guide salons both told me its the worst over processed hair they have ever seen and one year later. Try to resolve this via email but no responce. Update Nov 2019 still damaged hair spent fortune on products to repair the damage still on going.

WAYBOVER PRICED FOR WHAT MOST HAIRDERSSERS CAN DO FOR LESS ...however still great service. Won't be returning due to over priced. Sorry
