So unhelpful.Replied to my complaint via an email address that cannot be replied to.Bought a cub polo shirt in March. Couldn't use it it'll the warm weather this week. However, though it's labelled as 36, it is in fact much smalled than the previous 32 we had.This business simply said, in a curt one liner it's past our 30 day return" which is not backed up by consumer law for things that aren't as described.I've tried to reach them again

I travelled from Mansfield Woodhouse today to pick up a cubs jumper for my daughter. Upon arriving realised I had not took my wallet, on any normal occasion this wouldn't have been an issue, however my bank had been hacked so my google pay wouldn't work. The colleagues in the shop at the time were amazing & very understanding. They helped me purchase my stuff through ordering and using PayPal online.Thank you so much as I didnt want it to be a wasted journey.Both colleagues are a credit to the store.

DO NOT USE! If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not arrived! Phoned last Thursday and was told it had been sent - Royal Mail only received it the following day proving it had not been sent! Uniform now not arrived in time for my sons investiture tonight! When I’ve tried phoning today they are claiming they can not hear me! Terrible service!!

Visited today to purchase a Brownies uniform. Very friendly and helpful gentleman. Daughter was able to try on multiple sizes until she was happy. Plenty of stock available. Glad that we went to the shop rather than just buying online. One very happy little girl now! Thank you!

I visited this shop in November 2022 and wanted to share my very positive experience. I had previously considered ordering uniform online but I am so glad I visited our local shop. The shop was easy to find and had a free car park round the back. There was plenty of uniform in various sizes available to try on and purchase. There were also a few offers on bundles of uniform which were not available online. The service I received was excellent - the gentleman who assisted us was extremely friendly and helpful, and made it a really nice experience for my children and I.

Purchased a scout blouse for our daughter, when it came it was too small so went on to their site and filled in the returns form stating we wanted a larger size, we printed the Royal Mail returns label, when I took the parcel to the post office it would not scan so the postmaster manually entered the return address, we had a proof of postage and i took a picture of the label on the parcel,after a week we had heard nothing or received the replacement blouse, my wife contacted the shop via email sending a picture of the proof of postage to receive a reply stating that they had not yet received the parcel back so would not be issuing a refund and they did not accept returns for replacement even though she had filled in the “replacement form” on the website and she would just have to buy another one.We are now faced with paying another £21 as my daughter needs this blouse to be invested on the 20th October.Thanks for your support Scout and Guide

Really friendly and helpful service. We managed to get everything that we needed for our next step as a girlguide. Good range of sizes and a handy little changing room.There is private parking at the rear of the shop if you travel by car.
