The female office manager (Xandor Stamford Bridge office) that comes out into the yard is vile. She is often abusive, rude and aggressive. She has zero management or personal skills. Often rude to drivers. She brings a bad name to the good workers at Xandor (Rosti). She is known for this and often drivers refuse to take this job because of her. Zero social skills and needs a talking too by senior management.
