I was looking forward to a trip but found I could not reserve a seat very near the front. I get terrible travel sickness and it's better if I am near the front.

It was not helpful if your name is on booking you should be able to have money refunded or credit to another holiday without the other party confirming it as it is you own money and it should be compensated to you that's why it was not helpful
