Just bought an F-pace off Danny and I am over the moon with it. No pushy sales guy selling you the world then fobbing you off… just an honest, friendly service and I had so many questions he went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed before making my purchase.I would absolutely recommend Autos North West and would definitely purchase again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Good test drive with different options available for distance. Can't comment on after service yet as left review on purchase but all in all a good service.

Danny and Tony at autos northwest are possibly the best two people who can own a car dealership. We arrived to look at a discovery sport. They gave us the keys and let us have a look around without hassling us at all. We asked to go for a test drive in the car which he let us go out on our own to get a feel of the car. When we got back from the test drive we noticed a couple of minor issues with the car. Once we agreed to take the car they immediately got to work sorting out the things with it. We went back to collect the next week to find everything was exactly how we wanted it. The part ex of our car went smoothly. We had a couple of issues with black horse regarding the payment to clear our existing not going through. Rang Danny and it was sorted within a couple of days. Cannot express how good these two blokes are. My next car will definitely be coming from here. Thanks again lads!!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. It was a pleasure to buy my new Sorento from them. Got a great deal and brilliant after sales service. None of the old clichés about used car salesmen apply here!!Update ... almost 1 year after buying the car from Danny I had an issue. I was out of warranty but they went out of their way to help me, repairing at minimal cost to me. They could easily have said 'not our problem' but they didn't. Great service.

I highly recommend this company, they care about every vehicle there selling nothing leaves the company without a full engine service and full check on the car your buying. Brilliant buy with peace of mind
