My favourite cafe, they allow dogs to come in and sit down. They even gave my friends dog a free doggy cup

The air conditioner make the experience so uncomfortable, outside is 15 degrees, inside it's 5 degrees. They need to switch it off.Apart from that the coffee taste okay.

We called into Cafe Nero, on The Ormeau Road in Belfast on 03/12/23 for a soft drink. We were, quickly served & didn't have to wait long till our order came. The staff were very friendly & helpful & showed us the menu. Cafe Nero, is an Italian company that have outlets across Britain & Ireland, so you will be able to find one almost anywhere if you want a cup of tea or coffee, or just a soft drink & where you can relax & watch all that's going on outside. I had a coffee and scone. There was a queue but the service was quick, friendly and efficient. The tables were all clean and the toilets very clean also despite being busy. Lovely place for quick breakfast or afternoon snack. I didn't really look at the menu. Lots of tasty looking pastries, scones, muffins and cakes on display. Dog friendly to.

Been here now a few times. It's a very quiet place to sit back and relax. Their coffee is first class and have many sweet treats on the menu too. Baristas are pleasant and helpful. All on the flat so it is wheelchair accessible. Toilet facilities also available.

The coffee you get there isn't good. The staff isn't very friendly. The only thing that i like is classical music. It gives the shop some atmosphere, but naah the coffee is dreadful

Dirty floors, wet trays, terrible coffee. An altogether horrible venue to spend any amount of time. My iced coffee was the saddest most lacklustre offering I’ve been served in a long time. The domestic bin sitting open in the middle of the floor just about says it all.

Really lovely staff and a chilled decor make it a great spot. Books available for customers. Busy place too. Plenty of power points for those who want to work, read ebooks etc. Toilet isn’t great. It has a lovely bright light akin to the brightness of a theatre light which shows up all the grime and dirt although the sink and toilet themselves seemed ok. The floor of the cafe has more crumbs than you’d see strewn for the birds by the old lady in the Mary Poppins movie (Feed the Birds song). Still…it’s a grand place and very welcoming and definitely one of the more homely spots on the Ormeau.
