Avoid 100% for your Yodel point! Scanned my parcel in to prompt my collection code then told me as Yodel are rubbish" they probably took it back! Didn't quite get the concept that it was physically scanned in and when I called later in the day

Extremely rude staffs! Came in to the store and greeted hello to once of the staff, completely ignored me. I used their in post courier service, they take your email but never send an email as a proof of receipt. Used in post courier 10 days ago for vinted, never got a confirmation email again, unfortunately the parcel got lost but vinted asked for proof of receipt which I don’t have. Thanks to the Morrison staff, came in today to ask what happened to the parcel she replied very rudely it’s has nothing to do with them. Never coming back!

Great little shop, very happy that's is changed from McColl's (sorry McColl's), much better range of items and the beer selection is far more representative of today's tastes. No fresh avocados though, and some fresh bread would also be welcomed hence only the 4 stars

Staff are lovely. Store is clean. It's becoming increasingly common to find the doors locked during the middle of the day and handwritten notes on the windows just saying Closed.""

Staff are extremely rude. First of all they should be taught how to behave. If there's an option to give no rating at all I would give them that.

Poor staff are overworked. Shop is poorly stocked, randomly closes. Maybe hire more than two staff to manage the busy times. Two have to re-stock, serve customers, load stock room from delivery, make the hot food. This leaves customers frustrated. Oh and tills that actually print out receipts.should've stayed McColls..I suppose technically it is except the Morrisons logo

Staff are nice and extremely helpful, however I feel unsafe shopping here due to the amount of theft. Crackheads are coming in and being aggressive to staff and customers constantly. Apparently the staff have asked their area manager or head office for security constantly but always got told that it’s never happening.Great shop, however the amount of aggressive crackheads make me feel really unsafe shopping here.

AVOID. Unfortunately this is my nearest Yodel point. The first time I visited, VERY slow but fine. The second time, the guy took a good 5 minutes finding the scanner, 5 minutes to scan and then 10 minutes to try to find the printable roll. He ended up not finding it, so told me to come back later which resulted in me losing a sale. The third time, I arrived at 8:10am and the store was locked. Three colleagues inside just shook their head at me unhelpfully. I felt silly as if maybe it wasn’t open this early but checked the website and yes- it still said open from 7am. I went back to the window and asked when they can expect to be open, the guy just shrugged his shoulders.Good lord I wish there was another convenient Yodel drop off point in Swindon!!!

Omg this shop has become awful since being taken over by Morrisons, staff are lovely however and the problems are not their fault, tills often are not working, fridges are minus handles so often you catch fingers opening them. Often Stock is minimal. Staff are over worked and not enough often the customer waits ages to be served with long queue reaching back of shop, all these issues need addressing by the company and sorted. As its got to the stage I,d sooner walk to the coop
