I was looking around for someone who can sort out a sheared off windos lock (internally) and took me a while to find Dale.It took 2 days from the point of contact to having the issue sorted out.Professional, having spares parts ready and overall a good business experience.I would definitely recomend Dale to other people and will call him again if any other issues come up.

Dale is fantastic! He always responds quickly and provides a really good service. He's done our door locks, window locks, a door viewer, helped me get back in when I've been locked out on a few occasions and even fitted a cat flap in a door for us! I looked online for someone to replace some clouded sealed units in our double glazing. I am certainly glad I did as the work he has carried out for us has been fantastic – we have had numerous sealed units replaced and a sliding door completely overhauled. Dale is so professional and is always punctual and what's more he does fantastic work at a very reasonable price. There are two added bonuses – he is a really nice guy and also he accepts payment by card, which stops having to search for the long lost cheque book !!!!!!

On the back of good reviews from clients, I made contact for a quote. This was for replacement double glazed glass in a few of our windows that had blown. Competitive prices, first class job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Very happy.
