Our filter began to leak and I had to call Salop Pool Services out they moved appointments to fit us in as an emergency with our pool being commercial. Within moments they inspected and sourced the relevant part required and attended site the very next day to fix.

I needed a new pump as the existing one had started leaking. Carly and Brian replaced this with a Certikin pump ( twice, as the first one that Certikin supplied had a fault!). Brian was exceptionally competent and the service was very responsive.Although I could have sourced the parts cheaper on the internet, the added value from Salop Pools was certainly worth the extra cost.

We have recently had a fault with our hot tub and made contact with the team at Salop Pool Service who where very helpful in finding the fault ordering the new parts required and getting my hot tub up and running as swiftly as possible. A newly owned property with a swimming pool that needed lots of attention I requested a quotation of works from Salop Pool Services and another company their price was very competitive.Carly organised our on-site lining to be replaced installed a new safety cover and replaced copings around the pool.The pool looks like a complete new build. The work was completed in a high standard and in a timely manner.Carly and Steven made me feel completely at ease.
