Booked about a month in advance for a work trip. The taxi didn't arrive, and when we phoned at the 20-minutes-late mark, they informed us that the taxi had broken down and wouldn't be coming. It seems like they just forgot to collect us, since they surely would have contacted us first if the broken down" story were true. To top it off
