Leeds Freestyle Kickboxing

If you want to get fit, flexible and learn freestyle kick boxing, Sifu Reg is a great teacher.

I have trained for 3 years with LFK. Mostly I have trained at Brain and Brawn Morley. Before starting I led an unhealthy lifestyle and hadn't trained for years. The classes have motivated me to the point where I try not to miss a lesson.Update 2022Im still training but only at the gym off York Road. I have lost nearly 4 stone since I started. I train at least 3 times a week both on zoom and in person. Sifu Reg Jones continues to motivate and I have been grading when possible. Hopefully Ill get to black belt before my 50th.

started training here, Reg is ace and very welcoming and you feel like you fit in from the first day. no matter your level, they all help you out !

10/10 went here when younger, back now and finding it great training with reg.
