Friendly staff and really helpful.They really help me to choose the dress and help me to add all the details to complete the outfit(veil and bolero are with the same design hand made). There was a little problem with the length of the dress and they were really good to fix the problem. Now the dress is perfect. Every time I have to try the dress they book a slot time to make sure we have plenty of time for try the dress and discuss all the details. I went today to pick up the dress and I try for the last time and all was perfect. I felt like a princess.Thank you so much guys for your hard job.

Really nice and warm staff. I choose my wedding dress here and he was help to find the right one and fixed all the problem where in the dress.Good quality and not too expensive.

We did not have a good experience today and would not go back. We went to find a bridesmaid dress and the bride to be asked if she may use the loo and was told no by the woman. This is not the end of the world but it is odd as between the four of us we've done a lot of shopping at bridal shops in the last 2-3 years and no one ever had a problem with guests using the toilet...What was a deal breaker is my sister made an online appointment and she thought it would be for one hour but we was told no it was for 30 minutes, then after that she would be charged £50 per 30 minutes. £50!!!! That's more than a £1 a minute and no other boutique has ever charged for an appointment in our experience. (I double checked their website today and cannot see a mention of this fee anywhere either, it was completely out the blue).The man did mention no appointment actually pulled through so he has to check with his website developer but they could of offered to rebook us. The man himself seemed helpful and knowledgeable so this is why I did not score it one star.Afterwards we went elsewhere to the Olde Watermill, they fitted us in last minute and did not charge us for the time we was there...To improve I would suggest considering letting guests use the toilet - it's hardly convenient having to stop fitting midway to go and find a public toilet. Also list your appointment fees on your website; be honest and upfront about it.

Rude old little man didn't help at all only got to try on 3 dresses didn't even know we was coming even tho booked appointment stay clear ruined brides experience was only in 10 minutes

Mohammed was very helpful when I came to have my wedding dress altered. Every detail that needs to be altered with the dress was carefully and seamlessly done. Thank you for making my dress fit perfectly!
