CPL Petroleum

I made an order with CPL on the 1st of December and payed over the phone. Within 5 minutes I found another local company who were actually able to guarantee the delivery date instead of just giving me a 2-4 day estimation. I immediately called CPL back to cancel my order. I understood I had already payed and there would be a few days until my money was refunded... 2 weeks later I phoned to ask why I have not been refunded and was told 10 working days until refund was supposed to be in my bank. I waited 11 working days before calling back to be safe. I was then told that my refund paperwork had not actually been processed until the 19th and could be in my account from then 19th until 31st of December. I don't earn a huge amount and to have over £200 kept from me over Christmas and new years has been horrible. I will NEVER use CPL again. H.E Hughes & Sons were so much better.
