Following an initial consultation to help with a back injury almost 10 years ago, Sam has become a vital element of my ongoing health and well-being routine. Her massage therapy skills can be relied upon to seek out and remedy those stubborn areas, even those I never realised were about to become problematic! I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for professional, experienced and highly knowledgeable massage therapies.

Sam is absolutely fab and her knowledge of massage is incredible . Lovely lady and makes you feel so at ease . I go to sam once a month for back , neck and shoulder and leg massage and it has made such a difference. Highly recommend x

I have been getting a sports massage from Sam for the last 3-4 years, monthly sometimes more, and I can’t recommend her enough! I have had bad experiences in the past with other therapists with the massage either being too painful or too light. Sam applies the right amount of pressure and works deeper if required once the muscles have warmed slightly.

I am of an age where arthritis is an inevitable part of my everyday life the main area concentrated in my hands. I have also recently developed inflammation in the tendons around my wrist causing me a great deal of discomfort. After consultations with Sam, she has been very successful in creating a soothing and beneficial balm which I apply to the areas morning and night bringing me considerable relief from discomfort enabling me to continue with relatively normal day to day activities. Sam and her aromatherapy expertise has been a Godsend and I highly recommend.

I've been a client of Sam's for many years now she always sorts out my stiff neck back and shoulders and keeps me pain free and mobile! She has also helped me over the years with other muscular problems. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her .

Sam is brilliant. Her sports massage treatments resolved my problems and the occasional treatment keeps them at bay. Lovely facial massages as well. Can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely fantastic!Following an accident in 2019 which resulted in a broken femur, I required work to the surrounding muscles to aid my recovery.Once the majority movement had been restored and my scars healed, Sam worked on the scar tissue to tease out the adhesions of the underlying layers, this further increased the movement to the point whereby I no longer walk with any noticeable limp or unusual movement.I continue to visit Sam on a semi-regular basis to keep tensions from sport and work under control and recommend her highly.Amazing work.
