We’ve been using the Eurotunnel for several years and the check in and service used to be great. The past 4 times our train had a delay of 2 hours, same thing happened today, some people have 5 to 6 hours delay!!!!What’s the point of paying twice the price that you would pay for the ferry to have a slow and worse service??Last time using this.

Excellent way to travel from uk to France, I could purchase a ticket directly at the gate and I embarked 20 minutes later, in less then 1 hour I was already in France

Do not turn up at Euro tunnel more than 2 hrs early. You will be turned away and sent into a maze of blocked off roads and barriers to eventually turn you 180 degrees and send you back to the services/waiting point where nothing is open except the toilets and empty vending machines.

First time ever on this, checkpoints and directions to where we needed to go were easy to follow, service at the Passports area was greated with smiles and lovely people, which made our trip down to here so much easy. Id definately come again on here. Obviously ive got the return back from france.
